Wondering if anyone has tried it and when the best times to take it when. I mainly want to get it to add in my pre workout but if it works like its described to work then I know I'm gonna wanna add it everyday in the morning before work (I workout after a 10 hour work day so the dosages would be split pretty far). Also any recommended sources to get it. Thanks!
