Noobie needs some help

I have made some post before, and I got some good feedback, but if a lot of people reply to my thread it would help even more. I am going to be starting a cycle of: sust, deca and maybe dball, can anyone give me a good sample cycle? Also, if anyone has any good routines it would be helpful because I am starting to get bored with my workout now and I stopped putting on size I think. Since I play hockey I need the size even more because I play defense, so if anyone has any other good cycles with other gear, let me know please. Thanks a lot

Weight: 175-180 lbs
Goal: Look like "Triple H" good pic M-18 (thats my goal).

Any other suggestions would be appreciated, like if there is another cycle i should try. Thanks
 
Yeah, 6'5" without skate, lol! I am liking that:
Deca, sust,d-bol, and clomid cycle. But a question, how do you take the d-bol, daily or so many a day? I have a friend who can help with the injections.

If you are using 5mg tabs and taking 30mg/Day then you would take 1 tab every 3-4 hours through out the day

Dude, you should stick to natural for right now. I'm a hockey instructor/player and i do power skating and checking. Had a kid come to me for lessons who was doing test and dbol, couldn't skate worth a flying fuck while he was on. His legs would get so pumped that he could only skate for like 30 seconds at a time. The kid had potential, but blew it away. Hasn't played the same since he want on cycle. At 6'5", you already have a big frame, you just haven't completely grown into. Trust me, a year of solid lifting and eating well will get you right up to 215lbs. You may play defense, but size doesn't always matter. When i played Junior "a" in minnesota and "b" in Canada two years ago, i played with a couple guys who were the same size as you but could throw some vicious hits. They were't overally ripped either. They just had a lot of power. They did squats and olympic lifts all the time. What you really should work on is power skating. I have my clients do 2 to 3 days of off ice training (ie weights and cardio) and have them on the ice for 2 days. 1 day is just for skating, the other is skating with full check. So like i said, stay away from the sauce for about a year. Then just do it in the off season when you're not skating a ton. Good luck.
 
I know, but I know someone who actually went on a cycle and he actually said it helped because he was just tearing it up after he started his cycle. I have been doing lifting and I just don't seem to be getting any bigger, and its really frustrating, and my season hasn't even started yet, just captain practices, so I think I will be fine for another month or so. I am looking to pack on some size fast, but keep the side effects down, so if anyone can tell me the strongest gear to get with minimal side effects I am all ear, but as of right now I hear good things about sust. Is there anything stronger that isn't so harsh on the side effects.

Gear + Hockey season = setting yourself up with failure.

There were a shit load of Junior players that used gear, but only about 10% of them used during the season. Why??? Because it is hard to skate when on A/S. Mucsle pumping, cramping, fatigue. The smart one's cycled during the off season. Plus it's a waste to be using them during season because you're draining yourself of energy and you won't be able to lift as hard as you would in the off-season. Obviously you have it set in your mind that your gonna do this. And just like anyother newbie, you believe that steroids are just gonna blow you up to a 250lbs monster without consequences. Just don't come bitching to the board when your season/career is "F"ed up because you couldn't just wait till the offseason. I've seen it numerous times in juniors and high school. But hey, it's your life, i'm just trying to steer you in the right direction.
 
Oh ya, some examples while i'm at it: Ever heard of TJ McFarland or Justin Bibby??? These two guys played Junior A's in Canada. Both had huge potential and were definitly NHL bound. Bibby was your size by the way. Well, they both decided to use steroids during season for a little bit of an edge, and guess where they are now. Probably off playing pond hockey somewhere. Two seperate stories, both led to muscle imbalances in their legs and it got to the point where they couldn't even skate. Justin played the next season, but didn't play anywhere to his potential and TJ fell off the face of the earth.
 
8 weeks on:
test 500mg/week
deca 400mg/week
dboll 30mg/ed
arimidex .25mg/ed

Calories:
180lb*20cals/lb=3600cals/day

protein, 35%=3600*.35=1260/4=315g/day
carbs, 50%=3600*.5=1800/4=450g/day
fats, 15%=360*.15=540/9=60g/day

By the time you are done, if you did everything right you should be AT LEAST 200lb, without much of a fat gain, maybe even leaner.
 
If you must do something, do a light cycle of deca-only. It's very mild on side effects and will keep your joints lubed up and so forth. I'd do 200mgs a week. That shouldn't F up your program too much in terms of skating and muscle pumps. That's my football season cycle. They're probably two different worlds, but that's my two cents.
 
Yeah, well maybe I will just do a light deca cycle. If anyone could recommend a good cal. amount to be consuming a day that would be great.

I strongly advise you to use the search engine to visit two recent threads by Audio8 entitled "Bulking for the 3 Body Types" and "Anabolic Extreme Issue #4 - Extreme Eating for Mass" because they will give you a complete understanding of why food is soooo important and why you should be eating as much as you possibly can - and then some!
