I have made some post before, and I got some good feedback, but if a lot of people reply to my thread it would help even more. I am going to be starting a cycle of: sust, deca and maybe dball, can anyone give me a good sample cycle? Also, if anyone has any good routines it would be helpful because I am starting to get bored with my workout now and I stopped putting on size I think. Since I play hockey I need the size even more because I play defense, so if anyone has any other good cycles with other gear, let me know please. Thanks a lot
