noob question

I read a thread on bb.com maybe that said getpinz.com was being monitored and some message comes up if you order needles that says your ip address has been reported to some fbi or some shit. I think the general concensus was that it was that the site had been hacked. Is getpinz safe or what's the easiest way to get them and within a reasonable amount of time? A simple yes or no and a link to the site is all I need. thanks
