Hello everyone. This is my first post, so I will try to follow the rules. Here’s my background information, as suggested in ‘the newbies read before posting’ thread:
1 – Age: 26
2 - Lifting History: I’ve been lifting for 5 years, mostly heavy (for me) ie fewer reps w/ heavier wight. A few years ago I did a 10 week cycle of cyp/win without PCT. I didn’t really notice any side effects, but I was probably just oblivious.
3 – Height: 5’11”
4 – Weight: 205 lbs
5 - Estimated BF%: about 15% Perhaps that’s optimistic, but I’ve been doing heavy cardio the past 8 weeks and have definitely cut some bodyfat.
6 – Diet: I try to eat as best I can. Egg whites in the morning, protein bar for a snack, and tuna/chicken throughout the day. I’m in college, so sometimes my diet isn’t as perfect as this. Once I start my cycle I will definitely be paying even closer attention to my diet.
7 – Goals: I hope to cut more bodyfat and maintain or increase my strength. This may sound lame, but I play softball and I want to get improve my game. The season starts in April, so I’m hoping to get leaner and stronger.
8 - Proposed cycle:
Equipoise: 600mg/week for the first two weeks, then 300mg/week the following 8 weeks
Winstrol: 50mg/day for weeks 5-10
PCT:
clomid: Starting 2 weeks after last injection. 150mg/day for 2 weeks followed by 100mg/day for 2 more weeks.
Is this cycle any good? I came up with it myself after reading info on the internet. Also, is my PCT appropriate? Let me know if I can add any info to help you all help me!
