Well, it's been around 6 years since my last cycle and I've been overwhelmed with the information available here. I want to ask a few basic questions and get your feedback as to what I use to use vs. the information available today. Kind of a looking glass back in time so to speak.
First a little about me:
Age: 31
Lifting History: 5 days a week fir 8 years
Height: 5'10
Weight: 195
Estimated BF%: Not sure, Thick
Diet: Mostly protein supplements, lots of egg whites, low carbs, low sat fat
Goals: get lean and defined, drop to about 185
What I did in the past was 500mg Sust 250, 400mg Premo Depot per week and clomid throughout the cycle (6 week cycle). Granted this was 6 years ago and seemed to be a good cycle for a beginner at the time.
Well now I want to start up again and build some mass then lean it all out but keep the definition. The information available at the time stated that clomid was all you really needed to keep the gyno away and help get your natural test going again.
I've read the theory in the PCT section. I have to say most of it was waaaayyy over my head. I still need to learn a bit in this arena.
What seems to be the consensus as far as a decent, mild cycle and the recommend recovery methods for that cycle?
