Noob (OMG, not again) question

Well, it's been around 6 years since my last cycle and I've been overwhelmed with the information available here. I want to ask a few basic questions and get your feedback as to what I use to use vs. the information available today. Kind of a looking glass back in time so to speak.

First a little about me:

Age: 31
Lifting History: 5 days a week fir 8 years
Height: 5'10
Weight: 195
Estimated BF%: Not sure, Thick
Diet: Mostly protein supplements, lots of egg whites, low carbs, low sat fat
Goals: get lean and defined, drop to about 185


What I did in the past was 500mg Sust 250, 400mg Premo Depot per week and clomid throughout the cycle (6 week cycle). Granted this was 6 years ago and seemed to be a good cycle for a beginner at the time.

Well now I want to start up again and build some mass then lean it all out but keep the definition. The information available at the time stated that clomid was all you really needed to keep the gyno away and help get your natural test going again.

I've read the theory in the PCT section. I have to say most of it was waaaayyy over my head. I still need to learn a bit in this arena.

What seems to be the consensus as far as a decent, mild cycle and the recommend recovery methods for that cycle?

Actually, I was very happy with it! More then anything, I was more concerned with the PCT aspect as I'm sure more information is available on the subject.
 
Also, what is the preferred secure mail server to use? I've always used PGP encrypted mail in the past as most people's public keys are available on the public key servers.

Cyber-rights or i like hushmail. Either of the 2 are good.
 
Itch you should take a peek at Bruce410 and his post he had on his Oral Turanabol cycle. He kept a really fantastic log and there were allot of good guys that put up some great info.

If you have been out of the game for a bit, that may be a nice little starter cycle to jump back in on or maybe not. Either way he did a heck of a job with his log and it's worth a read.

Well there's a differance bro... He did say thick.. fat people say they are big boned.. with really high body fats.. but maybe in this case.. thick means big boned but not fat of course, which means a really high body fat..
 
Lol, no, not fat by any means jut thick. If I were to guess I would say around 15%. I still have some size but it's not defined.
