noob here...few questions and advice

Hi,

33 yrs old, 6'2, 190lbs 12%BF....6 weeks into 1st cycle. started with dbol 30mg ed + sustanon 250 1cc 2x week (mon and thurs). off the dbol now and just running sust. I gained 16 lbs in the first 4 weeks and haven't seen anything since...I imagine its from teh dbol....when should i expect gains/results from the sust?
 
If your gains have stalled at 16lb then you need to increase your calorie intake. The more weight you gain the more food you have to eat to maintain it. And once you start pct doesn't mean you can go back to the way you used to eat you have to say at the same amount if not add more calories to keep your gains
 
Ive had this happen before and i upped my calories about 250 - 300 more and upped my protein and it worked well... You may want to consider this...

Yes what these guys said is spot on. What you were eating before may have been great when you were 16 lbs lighter, but now it sounds more like maintenance...so upping Cal's is the logical thing to do.

During every cycle gains will eventually diminish also. It just happens regardless of what you do calorie wise. You can't keep gaining 3-4 lbs if muscle per week forever by staying on. Eventually the gains will stall too.
 
sounds to me that you were undersized and caught up to a weight that is difficult to build a foundation from. this tends to happen to guys and his very common. you are now at a weight where you need to take things to another level both with diet as has been said and also with your lifting. keep shooting to improve and remember its not what you accomplish in 4 weeks but what you accomplish the next 4 years.

your gains are gonna stall once you hit a barrier, now you need to break through and it probably won't happen this cycle.. you will have to come off and bust your ass even harder.. then on your next cycle try and break the barrier.
