I'm thinking of not renweing my plat account after this one runs out sometime in September. Too many problems with the board and admin that make me wonder why I should keep paying for subpar performance and for admin/management that doesn't listen to it's customers.

I signed up for plat and got a message that my username was taken so I picked another username. I emailed support and said this username should be the Plat user & I don't plan on using the other account. This was 2 months ago & I'm still waiting. Guess I paid for nothing.
