damn man, your body fat and weight is way too high to even consider any sort of cycle...
you could run gw 501516 and forged burner and possibly albuterol.... also forma stanzol 10 pumps a day, 5 in the a.m. and 5 in the p.m.
you need to get your diet in check big time and get cardio going 5 days a week bro...
what i have listed will help you but diet and training will be key...
