Hey all,
Just wondering what your thoughts might be on the following situation.
In my preteen/early teens, I had a little male breast development; not bodyfat related (~8% bf then, ~12% now). Through my teen years I was very self conscious about this, even though it was relatively minor growth. Since then I've developed my pecs, and the gyno is less noticable (my girlfriend claims I'm imagining it). Still it's there, and I even get "sore boobs" from time to time. This bothers me, and I want to reduce/remove as much as possible.
I've spoken with a doctor who said plastic surgery is pretty much the only option, but very doable. However, that's fairly expensive and I'm not really interested in taking that route at this time.
My question is, are there any supplements or drugs worth trying to reduce this? I fully realize that most treatments on cycle are for gyno that is just developing... but can you think of any that might be worth a shot?
Related, do you expect that someone like me would be "gyno prone" on cycle? I have not run any aas to date, just otc supps.
Thoughts appreciated.
