Nolvedex or Epistane for a Female Figure Competitor

I am not familiar with girls taking anti-estrogens. But was asked this question by a female figure competitor. She was told by someone to take either nolvedex or epistane to help cut weight around her waist area. I recommended clenbuterol but was wondering if any out there has some expienced advice?

Nolvedex does nothing in terms of strenght or muscle so in terms of what her goals were...
