Nolvadex trought out the cycle

Been having trouble with a puffy nipple. Took 50mg nolvadex and 1 mg amiridex, 1 week went away. Now its back. Just starting week 4 of a 15 weeker at 500mg enan and 400mg eq weekly. Would it be ok just to take 25mg nolva and 0.5mg amir ed through out the whole cycle?

I always take Nolva a little after halfway through my cycle, and continue using it for the duration all the way through my PCT. I seem to notice a much better transition back to my normal levels this way with much less sides.

That would be fine. You should even consider staying at 1mg ED. A lot of gyno prone users find that it's better to be safe then sorry.

The whole notion of nolvadex lower gains comes from Dan Duchaines theories on it. The studies out there report a slight decrease in IGF-1, but they were not done on steroid users. Too many have made great gains while on nolvadex, so the decrease in IGF is minor at best.
