If you are taking up to 45mg of Dball a day do you need to take more than one Nolvadex tablet a day?

20mgs/day should combat any estrogenic overload.

Id say cut down the amount of dbol anyway. But if you want the water retention, then fine. One or two nolvadex should help.

I am taking 10mg Nolvadex and I wanted to make sure that 2 tabs would affect my gains too much.
