Nolvadex + Arimidex on-cycle

Friends,
I have been cycling for 6 years using doctor prescribed TRT.

My question is about Arimidex.

Lately I find that it takes a relatively high dose of up to 1 mg/day to control sides during my current 500 mg/week Test C. cycle.

Would you recommend that I add Nolvadex to my cycle? What dose?
Or would you recommend that I stick with the high dose of Arimidex only?

What do ur bloods say

And what sides are u getting even at thats dose
