Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below What actual evidence is there to suggest that nolvadex helps bloat? I've heard that some people claim it reduces bloat a little, but definitely not the degree of armidex, proviron, etc. I was under the impression Nolvadex just blocks estrogen at the recepter so how would it decrease bloat, even a little. I have some nolvadex and proviron on hand and I want to use nolva to control the small two pound bloat that Turanabol gives me. I'm not going to use proviron at all now that I found out what it does to the hairline and other DHT side effects, I'm just going to throw it away.

It can decrease bloat, but nothing like arimidex. If you want to decrease bloat you need arimidex or letrozole (femara)

. J/K, but seriuosly bro, nolva does reduce it somewhat by blocking estrogens effects of water rentention. Arimidex stops estrogen from being produced in the first place. That's why arimidex is so much more effective than nolvadex at reducing bloat.
