Nolva with this cycle?

Just started this cycle yesterday:

1-12 Test E 500mg wk
1-12 EQ 400mg wk
7-12 Tren 300mg wk
7-12 Proviron 50mg ED
7-12 Winny 50mg ED

Should I be taking Nolva, ldex or some other anti-e along with this or only if I experience any sides?

Armidex is enough just keep the Nolvadex on Hand,,LoL X your everywhere

This is my second cycle and first time using EQ and Tren so I will find out soon enough if I'm gyno prone.

I would've run a fast ester in the beginning with this cycle, but that's just me.
