Nolva Vs Proviron during cycle?

Just read the thread down below here about some of the side effects of tamoxifin, sounds like scary stuff for using during your whole cycle as many use it. I thought I would start a thread to see who might have some good insight to a comparision of using Proviron during cycle and just using the Nolva for finishing your PCT with the Clomid in order to limit your exposure to the Nolva?

Would the Proviron be as effective for the bloat and gyno during cycle? I know that some gear will cause greater sides than others, but in general how are the two compared?

Proviron acts much the same as Arimidex. It binds up the aromatase enzyme so that it can't convert test to estrogen. Nolvadex blocks the receptors. Nolva seems to work better at combating gyno and helps keep cholesterol in check. Something often overlooked when employing AAS. I combine the two.

Makavelli, do you run both throughout your cycle or just during PCT?

i'm running nolva and proviron together for the first time and so far I really like it. I started blowing up pretty quick the first week on 15mg of dbol (kickstart) and then started nolva/proviron and uped the dbol to 20mg and I feel less bloated and the weight gain has leveled off.

Both proviron and nolva have their place, but I wouldn't be that worried about nolva sides. I think those studies were done on women anyway. Proviron is similar to DHT, and has some effects on blocking estrogen conversion as Mak stated. The only reason why I won't do proviron is because of the hair loss.

why dont you run arimidex during your cycle?

proviron is especially good if you're leaning up near the end of your cycle (or so I've read, havent actually used it)/
