Should nolva be taken on empty stomache or full? What time of day is best to take this? I currently take 20 mg each afternoon because that is when i do my shots.

do you have gyno?

Ideally, it should be taken about every 7 hours, but if you dont want to split your pill and do that...keep doing what works.

If you get gyno take 40-60mgs daily in 2-3 divided doses (every 7 hrs) until gyno goes away (could be up to 3-4 mos.).

no gyno here just puffy nips. It is working fine this way but wondered if i dosed it differently if it would work better. Thanks.
