Nolva or similar for puffy nips?

For no reason that I know of I got puffy/gyno type nipples last year. The strange thing is I havent touched gear since 2000 so I dont think I can blame it on that. Anyway, I wanted to know if there was something I could take to reduce the gyno/puffy nips? Thanks

I think so.

Sorry I should have mentioned that it's normal to have a very small amount of glandular tissue. Is it new growth, i.e. has the gland grown in size? If so how recently has it formed?

If it's relatively new then Nolva / Andractim should help. Would you say that you're holding any additional water (estrogen related) or extra bodyfat, that can cause the puffyness but may not be gland growth (which is more difficult to deal with).

I dont know if the gland got bigger because i dont know how big it was to begin with. All this started about 6 months ago. My bodyfat % has seen better days but Im 30 now so all this might be happening because Im getting older, maybe?

Well apart from the Nolva / Andractim you may also want to consider a topical fat burner (Yohimburn etc). Most guys develop some additional fat around the breast area with age, it's usually a combination of extra bodyfat / increased estradiol. I don't think you're describing true gyno as in significant gland growth but I can't be 100%.

Was or is there any itching / tendernous / increased sensitivity?

No itching/tenderness/sensitivity. Im thinking it might just be increased fatty tissue around the nips.

Yeah, I agree - that's what is sounds like you're describing.

I got real gyno (during puberty - not AAS related) and it was very obvious. The itching / sensitivity can't be missed so I think you're in the clear as far as gland growth is concerned :)

I had mine removed a couple of years ago after trying all sorts of alternative methods. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I had the itchy puffy nips at puberty and have tried everything to get rid of it. I never really had any gland. Now at 37 I have some tissue behind the nipples, but I think it's just adipose, it feels similar to the little bit of fat I still have in my love handles. btw im 10.5%bf.
I have tried the following to reduce the puffiness

Long term Nolva (3months), andractim, and yohimburn ES.

I seem to get water retention in that area and If I know Im going to expose my chest I always slam water to make sure im not retaining too much water. I also have used prepH with biodyne for short term relief.

In my mind the best combo is the following

drop bf% while employing the following
nolva @ 60mg (split 3 times daily) until most symtoms are relieved.
nolva @ 20mg (twice daily for 3 months)
Yohimburn ES applied an hour or so before cardio, (not sure about timing, Maybe Macro could comment on this)
If I could afford it I would run the andractim as well. I believe andractim is basically DHT, so you may want to check with Gurus about htpa issues and sides)

I have been trying to lose my phooked up nips without plastic surgery for about 4 years now and have probably seen about a 50% reduction, mostly through weight loss though. The problem is that once you have puffy nips for awhile, it make the nipple kind of long and when the puff goes away they look permantly hard )-: but it still is better then the puff in my opinion!

After I clear PCT i will most likely begin a 6 month nolva regimen, with lots of cardio and yohimburn ES or hopefully something newer and better.

I am committed to solving my issue, if anyone has any comments please chime in!

I tell you what, if anyone comes up with a solid topical cure for this they will be very rich in a short time, this problem seems to plague many people!
