Nolva during or after ?

I was thinking of running nolva with my var only cycle (var @25mg/ed 8 wks). Most first idea was nolva @ 20mg/ed for 2-3 wks. Would it be wiser to take the nolva during the cycle or at the end? If after, why do you only block estrogen after the cycle instead of during the 8 weeks ? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Var will not convert to estrogen so there is no need to run nolvadex with your cycle.

Post cycle, you want to minimize your estrogen levels so that your body restarts testosterone production as quickly as possible. So after your cycle take 40mg/day of nolva for week 1, then 20mg/day for weeks 2 and 3.
