Nolva during cycle & PCT

If running nolva during cycle (5 weeks into cycle, 20mg week 5 ed, 10mg rest of cycle ed), to combat gyno, what to do about pct with clomid and nolva.

Cycle is
500ml test
300 ml deca
10 weeks

For PCT I like 50mg/day of clomid with 20mg/day of nolvadex for three weeks.
