Im about to begin my 1st cycle..I am going to be running Test E 500mg per week---250 on Monday and Thursday. I just received my Nolva today and I have a question..I plan on taking 40/40/20/20/20 but my Nolva is in liquid form and the label says "30mg/ml". but the squeezer inside has no measurements on it and I know I read the breakdowns before on this site but I cant remember how I should be taking this at the doses I need....Can anyone help me out please??? I was planning on running D-bol weeks 1-4 but Im going to go with just the Test E for my 1st cycle and see how everything goes.
