Can the use of nolva cause cramping?? ever since I started taking 40mg ed I hae been haveing some minor leg cramps and this is the only thing I can think of as to why.

never heard of nolva causing cramping. I did have a problem with winny and cramping - get some potassium and increase water intake - that is what helped me. Also, If you are not taking a multi-vitamin go out and get some.

Nolvadex doesn't cause cramping. However, you might have a loss of electrolytes/minerals, so add some multi vit/min to your daily intake 2x/day. Plus, add in potassium and taurine.

here is a good potassium article

Mr.X made a very important point in regards to keeping electrolytes/minerals in balance. One thing I learned in the marines was drinking too much water can cause problems - I overhyrdated a few times and that leads to fatigue and cramping - I got destroyed on a 30 mile ruck march. Multivitman and energy drinks will keep your electrolyte levels balanced and reduce cramping. I drink 2 gallons of water a day while on cycle but I always take supps throughout the day. Spacing out my meals in 6-8 small meals also helps.
