I need some help putting this cutting cycle together. I’m taking HGH and I’ve read the following about the inhibiting factor of Nolvadex to IGF:
"Nolvadex has been linked to reduced gains in some bodybuilders. This isn´t due, as previously thought, to its reducing estrogen levels (which it doesn´t), but rather to its ability to possibly reduce IGF (Insulin-like-Growth-Factor) levels, which are important for muscle growth."
With that in mind I feel I should be avoiding the Nolvadex and using Clomid and HCG in its place. I’d go 40/30/20 Nolva with 100/50/50 of Clomid for PCT, if it weren’t for the interaction. So, I put 150/100/50 for the PCT removing the Nolva.
I was wondering how many feel Nolva and HGH should not be run together, and if so, how would you run PCT leaving it out.
I’d possibly like to run 10mg ED Nolva during the cycle to allow estrogen levels to remain a bit higher without as much concern of getting gyno. If I didn’t use the Nolva should I up the Arimidex to 0.5mg ED?
I’d love to hear any suggestions you have on this cycle. I’ll take in all comments, and appreciate all feedback.

Weight: 235 @ 16% BF
I weighed 290 pounds in August of last year. I’ve dropped a ton of weight since then. This is my time to make a major transformation. I have a good base to work with and will have pics up at some point. I naturally squatted 365 pounds in high school with very little lifting. We, actually most likely couldn’t have done it without doing reps of 15 or 20 with 315 for a few months prior to the single lifts. But, that amount of weight (365) felt really foreign and I can’t aspire to doing 500 – 700 pound squats like some of you, but I’m in awe of those of you that can. I cringe just thinking about the massive amounts of weight that are being tossed up these days.
This will be my first real cycle. I was taking a small amount of Test Cyp and Deca for 5 weeks. I wanted to see how it would affect me before my cutting cycle order arrives. I was having too much water retention, which is not what I need. Other than that it was all positive. It felt fantastic. I’m hard on the Cardio every other day. I do 30 mile bike rides. Average heart beat 148 beats a minute, max 165 BPM for now, going up soon. I’ve taken some time off and need to build that back too. I’ve always been big (easy gainer), I could gain 40 pounds in 30 days off roids, of course, most of that would be fat. I’ll always be emphasizing lean cycles and size will be a secondary effect to the cardio, reps and short esters.
