Nolva and clomid question

I've heard it's better to take both of them together instead of one or the other. 20mg/day nolva and 50mg/day clomid. Should these be taken the entire time while in a cycle and up to about two weeks into PCT? Since they are not illegal, can anyone tell me where the best place is to purchase them?

You dont take clomid until post cycle, and nolvadex also, unless you see gyno symptoms but otherwise you start pct 7-10 days after your last shot....

I have been suggested by someone else on this board that I should take 20mg of nolva all the way through a cycle, but wait like you said to take the clomid right after my cycle ends starting with 100mg/day for the first 2 weeks and then drop it down to 50mg/day for 2 or 3 more weeks. Any reason that I shouldn't take nolva during a cycle?

It will cut back on estrogen-related edema(water-retention)and Growth hormone/Insulin-like Growth factor release,which in turn negates some of the explosive strength,and scale weight gains.

Just run clomid and nolva for PCT, you can add HCG if you have something like tren or deca in the stack.

So depending on the cycle I take will dictate what I take during PCT? Right now I am taking Deca as part of my cycle, so clomid and Nolva won't be enough for PCT? If you're running deca, I suggest you add HCG to your PCT.

What about taking it during the cycle or should I just wait and take clomid,nolva, and HCG. What about an AI like arimidex, should that be used and when? I read that that should be used during not after cycle.

Some believe that nolvadex lowers IGF-1 and can reduce gains. Many men take nolvadex on cycle to prevent gyno but it really does nothing for bloat. You're better off taking an A.I. like arimidex while on-cycle (if you're using gear that aromatizes).

Post cycle you can take clomid or nolvadex or both together. Clomid works best for me. If you're using deca it's a good idea to use HCG after your last injection and before PCT. Right after my last AAS injection, I use 1,000IU HCG EOD for 20 days, then start my clomid.

If you are going to take Nolvadex through out your cycle, make sure it doesn't include HGH. I am no expert, but I was always told that Nolvadex can interfer with the effectiveness of HGH.
