Nitro AKG

I posted this on a similar thread on another board,I'm also using the Nitro Akg :
I've been pretty lax in getting back here to post on t his thread,last time i posted i believe i was about 7-8 days into using it. I can honestly state i really like this stuff.....i haven't jumped up 80lbs in my bech press,gained 25lbs of mass or dropped my bodyfat into single digits or anything like that,but i had realistic explanations going in,anyone that believes that kinda stuff is gonna happen on a natural supp in 6 wks in kidding themselves,but heres what i've noticed :
I feel most days,tight,harder and full...look it as well... like i just had my carb up or refeed day on a keto diet
Both max strength and endurance strength have increased,feels like i have about twice the work capacity i had b4 and i havent done any cardio other than my weight workout
I can 'feel' the muscle earlier than i have been able to b4 in a workout,and i pump up easier...the pumps in particular i've gotten in my back doing rack deadlifts have gotten me locked up and too tight to continue on more than one occasion
I havent been getting any muscle soreness like i did b4,and haven't upped my protien or carb intake to increase my recovery ability,haven't changed anything except adding the nitro akg
Change in body composition...like most people i really dont see a diff in myself,but others have told me man you got bigger or you leaned out a little,and that i'll take as a positive compliment,esp at 36
I flat out just feel good since i been talking it,and i have zero stomach upset or canker sores like i would have if i was trying to use the plain powder.
Maybe that won't impress some,but i like it since at 36 i'm training natural and not using anythin except whey protien an flax oil so the diff has to be attributed to the nitro akg. ......i'm also not getting more than 75-110 carbs a day and bout 220g of protien,and doing a kind of modified 5x5 routine with some westside stuff thrown in and this type training would have burned me out after 3-4wks in the past, so i'm EXTREMELY happy. I haven't noticed any kind of disruption of sleep patterns,except for seeming to need less so i can;t comment on that one. Hope this helps a few
-I can also add these: -Vascularity is up with no increase in blood pressure
-for the first 48-72hrs a pretty noticeable diuretic effect,at least on me anyway so drink your water - No next day pump like i just left the gym,but after abut 6-8 days the feeling i got have is a full,heavy feeling in the muscle just like you have after the refeed day on a keto diet (said that one already but its my fave :p )
