I tried it. CEX by VPX to be exact (Creatine/NO2), a company I do trust. I found no difference using it as far as pumps or anything of that nature. I here guys talk about the pumps they get. Well guess what, we all get a pump from hitting the weights, that's why it's called pumping iron. I got no extended pump from it either. I used twice the recomended serving, before and after my workouts, at least a half hour away from another meal in either direction, and 2x the recomended amount on off days. Don't waste your money on it.
