NO2 is a realitively new supplement to the market.....9-10 months. I've been taking it for about 3 months and the lean mass I've put on so far is great. You basically see lean mass gains, increadible recovery, increased strength, and a perpetual pump which is fantastic.
Ed Bird, who brought creatine to the market with EAS 10 yrs. ago has been researching this supplement for the last 5 yrs with some hardcore bodybuilders. This supplement has so much scientific backing, GNC paid Ed Bird's company(MRI) big $$$ to be the exclusive retailer of NO2. They sell the book for $1 at GNC which I would recommend first before buying NO2. It's totally new science......nothing like creatine or andro. Check it out because this is the best legal supplement I've ever used.
