No-Xplode at "Young" Age?

Andystal03

New member
For starters, I'm 17.

My question is, at a young age, is it a bad idea to take No Xplode? I have heard of its positives and its negatives with bad side effects. I don't personally know anyone on it so I am merely going off of online reading.

I lift 5 days a week and play basketball but am lifting just for personal gain more of less. Not trying to get freakishly huge or body builder.

Thanks guys

Natural ingredients,,,I see no harm.

bro im 17, working out for about 5-7 months consitentley, the first pre-work drink i tried was no-explode.

I'm up 10pounds in two weeks. I'm thinking most is water weight but still lol. The pumps are great and i've noticed i've been more focused while trying it. No sides so far maybe a little bloat not much, i got headaches ones but they went away after a couple of workouts. I would say start with one scoop, and find a serving that works for you.

I've tried Regular Creatine that I got from AllTheWhey.com and it helped at first but it isn't doing much for me now.

I think no explode also had arginine in it which gives you the pumps. Its not gonna hurt you but id be more worried about diet at your age then workout supps.

I'm not to worried about dropping weight or anything. I'm at a good weight, I'm just looking to get stronger. Looks aren't THAT meaningful to me, just a gauge as to how things are going kinda. If I was to take NO-Xplode, it would simply be to add to my lifts, not really so I get cut better or lose weight.

Hahahaha, you wouldn't even believe. I eat like it's not even human. Is No-Xplode just more of a "wake up" then it is anything? That's what it really sounds like.

double your diet and then start thinking about adding more then protein g. food is more anabolic for your muscles then creatine but i could be wrong

Id put a good bet that you are not eating enough. Are you even eating every 1.5-2 hrs.?

I wouldn't consider it a "diet" but my eating habits. It's not exactly the best or most healthiest foods but I eat a lot and often. There's a reason I weigh 200lbs haha

be sure to get
quality protein from red meat, chicken, eggs, whey
quality carbs from yams, rice, oats, whole wheat pasta or bread, fruits
healthy fats from peanut butter, EVOO, fish oil, nuts

at least 1.5g of protein per day
at least 2-3g of carbs per day
at least 50-100g of healthy fat per day

Better diet will improve lifts and overall strength yes? I live hard as possible every day regardless of tiredness or not.

My cousin, who I lift with religiously, is buying some No-Xplode bringing up the question of whether it is good at a young age or not. I'm not particularly interested in completely changing my diet because I'm not seeking to be ripped and cut like crazy and I love food far to much. I am just curious whether No-Xplode will be beneficial to my lifting without having many, if any, negative effects.

Post up a typical day of what you eat.

Breakfast Bar in the Morning Usually
Fries, two orange drinks, main meal and fries for lunch. Random food of cookies or chips or something small.
Dinner of some sort of meat with two sides almost always.
In between random eating of small snacks, usually always drinking water/milk/tea

Not much pop or candy.

Tues/Thurs - go out to eat at restaurant, usually order some sort of chicken or burger.

On weekends eating is increased with a big breakfast, snacks are small meals.

LOL, you are neat eating even close to enough bro as i had guessed. Breakfast you need way more there, eggs, milk, bacon and ham, cereal, bagels, etc. then another meal between breakfast and lunch chicken and rice in a wrap or a tuna wrap would be good since im guessing you are in school and need something portable, throw in a protein shake with this meal as well. Then lunch you need some meat, steak, chicken, etc. fries are fine, throw in some veggies im talking large portion sizes here tho like 2-3 burgers with fried and veggies on top of that. If it is a workout day then have a shake before the gym if you have the day off then throw another meal in this slot, same meal you had after breakfast will do. Then when you leave the gym protein shake followed by food 30 mins later, this usually ends up being my dinner meal. After that just keep shoving down what ever you want AND a protein shake until you go to bed, pasta is a cheap easy choice here or cottage cheese.

lol i eat a lot when its time to eat. multiple servings.

however, i don't want to gain 20lbs. basketball is my sport so i'm simply looking to pack muscle in my current frame and add to lifts i already have.

Trust me, it is not by any means "easy" to gain muscle. If you are serious you will take the advice we have given you and put it to practical use.
