Thats exactly what it is compared to AMP02. NO explode. I had tried it a long time ago and couldnt remember if I liked it or not. Well a buddy of mine gave me some of his and it was great for about 30minutes. WTF!!!!!!

The day before I uped my AMP02 to 10 pills from my 8 and had the best back and bis workout ever. I had no intention of doing bis but when all my back work was done I wasnt done working out. I did a shit load of biceps and wanted to do more but had I kept going I would have done a a weeks worth of exercise in one day.
