No Wieght Exersizes

Hi my name is john and i have posted on her before about how this summer i want to build up alot of muscle for the next football season. what i was wondering i cant really start yet on weight lifting till i get out of school. So what i was wondering is if anyone could tell me any exersizes that i could do so that i can get as strong as i can before the school year is out. i have a resistance band that i use but i only know a few workouts like push up crunches and thats about it if anyone knows any good routens that will work for no weights that would be great.

Ok, you got jump squats (as high and hard, low and deep as you can), you can get a cheap chin bar to fix in a door-way post, you can do calf raises on one leg using bodyweight, and a dumbell, stuff weights in a back pack feet on the bed pack on back hands on floor and push-up so hard you can clap bewtween each rep, weighted crunches. There's a tonne of stuff...

Any reason for the middle part? Heard a myth about lifting weights "stunting your growth", perhaps?

Quite simply, meeting those goals will be pretty difficult without weights; you're really limited in terms of progressive resistance with only your bodyweight and a band. Also, regarding the "no weights" thing, what do you think the football team's strength trainer will have you doing?
