Just watched Lesnar's training routine on SPIKE. I don't like the focus of his training.

IMO, his strength, cardio, and grappling skills are fine. For the Mir fight, he should be concentrating 100% on submission defense.

I think the fight is Mir's to lose. Brock is a big guy and great wrestler, but his hands are not up to level and his BJJ has to be almost none existent. I seen his one MMA fight and he had a nice takedown and GnP but his BJJ didn't look too impressive.
