no time for wed. 5x5

No time for my workout today. Would you guys skip it complety or do it tomaro. Thanks

PS I am very angry about it. I love to dead lift
 
I am no expert on this but in my experience with the 5x5 (limited), when ever I have had to miss a day for what ever reason, and I've tried to make it up the next day and then shift day 3's work out a day over... it's always screwed up my day one (monday's) lifts. I think the 2 days rest between friday and monday is very important. I've learned this the hard way. Personally I'd just skip the wed workout, make your lifts on friday and make sure you don't miss it next week.

Depends. If you are doing the intensity phase I would say just do Wed workout on Thurs or Friday and skip Fridays workout. Kind of like the X2 per week option.
If doing volume phase that is a different problem. Personally I think it would be too much to do it Thurs and shift Friday to Sat just not enough recovery time for me. I would just do Wed workout on Thur or Friday and maybe extend the volume phase to 4.5-5 weeks depending on how you feel, which is what I have done before. Interested to see what others do in this situation.

One other factor: are you in your first or second week of this? If so, then you are currently supposed to be in a "lighter" phase, anyway, and you will be able to handle the Saturday to Monday jump with no problem. If, on the other hand, you are already setting PR's weekly, it may be great for you to just skip it completely and basically simulate a little "deload" week. No problem, either way.
