ok, no real "cleaning" involved this time. i got lucky
we were going through a lot of stuff and trying to find places for the pile that has become this room. then, since we had some very old pictures, namely my baby pictures, i had to make a phone call to find out who someone was in a few of them. that wasn't too long of a call.
then we discovered a few things in this pile and i had to start doing some research. just as i was wrapping that up, my dad called, and the organizing process ended.
and about those dogs.....
their days in this house are numbered. no joke. we don't have the time or energy to give them the full attention they both deserve, our house is always dirty and covered in hair, and controlling fleas is becoming a nightmare with 2 dogs and 2 cats, not only that but expensive too. we've only had Kobe for a year, he was 6 months old when we got him, so saying good bye to him won't be too hard. Cinnamon, however, we got at 9 weeks old. she's been with us for 3 years. she will definetly be a bit harder to get rid of, but i've gotta do what i've gotta do.
my dad put it best. he said "you've given those dogs a good life while you've had them, but it's probably a good idea to move on and let someone else have them that can give them the time and attention they deserve." he's right. some people will probably damn me to hell for getting rid of 2 of my "children," but to that, all i have to say is they can come take care of the dogs and clean up after them, pay for their food, vet visits, flea meds, all of that. i love 'em, but they deserve better than what we can give them.
ok, enough of that BS out of me. gotta get those 2 flea bags outta here. going to keep the cats though. they're low maintenance and i'm not responsible for changing the litter boxes
