The yearly death toll at the SPCA for dogs has now gone from 9,000 to 9,002

well, i could save the SPCA some money and spend the 11 cents each and put a bullet in their heads.

ok, so see, by taking them to the SPCA, i don't have to dispose of their bodies on state gamelands for other critters to munch on.

see? it could be worse than the SPCA ya know.
