yeah I spend a good 2 hours in the gym because I can only go 3 days because of my work schedule. I am a gm at a dodge chrysler jeep dealership so the hours are long. I try to go in the mornings but I do not have the energy to have a good work out. I say I have not gotten any stronger but I do not do any bench presses anymore and that was one of my measures of my strength, that and dead lifts (ankle screws that up) My chest and shoulder on my right side is signifigantly bigger than the left so I have been using dumbells alot. I think all these years of benching got me uneven. I constanly have neck pain. Going to try some unilateral training while on my gear to even things out allitle quicker. I do eat some oatmeal before workout with banana. I think the eq is working because I am allways hungry
