No pump

Hey guys! Im on tren+ sust and i have 0 pump at all in the gym more than usual! But if i brush my tooth man its amazing! I starting week 4 and gained about 15 pounds so the gear is legit! Any idea?

15 pounds in 4 weeks? what were your stats when you started?

15 in 3 weeks. Starting week 4 tomorrow. Stats at start were
5.11 tall
195 pounds
~12-14 bodyfat
Been lifting for 3 years.. 22 years old
Srry for my english ahah

Now im 210.
Maybe 10 bf (i got a lot leaner)
Keeping my prot at 250 carb at 4000
 
Im failing to see the problem here
Is your goal more muscle and less fat or is your goal strength. Although I can see why it is strange making such gains with little strength gains going along with it.
I would get a bodyfat test to check to see if your gains are all fat
 
with tren you should be getting crippling pumps by now. without watching your workouts i cannot tell you what is going on.

are you going close to failure on your sets or are you just doing 3 reps and taking a 5 minute break and socializing? you see what i'm getting at?

but SD has a point if you are improving like that then who cares..

If i get leaner... This is not fat right? My goal is more muscle less fat. I notice my weight are going up at the gym but my pump are normal! Does it means i respond good or not or its something else?

Im always doing a piramid method.. 1 set...rep to failure...2 set 10 rep and 3 set put really heavy and go for 6. Almost on all exercice...there is no problem at all i just wanted to know if this is normal!

Could be lack of volume per muscle group, reps lower than 8 or both at the same time.

I noticed that I get no pump when I do powerlifting.
