Closest gym is 20 miles away and I dont have a car. So im stuck with an apartment gym with dumbbells up to 50 pounds with some benches and cardio equipment. I really love squats deadlifts and cleans but I cant do them now, what do i do? The only leg exercises i know with dumbbells are step ups lunges squats, deads, and straight leg deads, and one legged squats, plus 50 pound dumbells aint shit mang!!
