no jacking off while juicing it??

There was a study shown here a while ago, abstinenece increase testosterone. No sex or jacking off, testosterone peaked on the 7th day i believe.
 
I don't mean to be disgusting, but not jacking off for a few days is hard but obtainable, for a ten week cycle I think I would cry tears of sperm. :bawling:

That only applies when your body is naturally producing test........
 
Show us the study. I heard it does the opposite, that test level are highest an hour after.

Someone posted it a while back. The study to which I am referring is a German one where I think they measured test over a month of not jacking off. People were joking around about how those weird sadistic Germans are the ony ones who would execute such a study.
 
beatin off before i go to the gym always helps me out. i get a more intense workout, i can focus better, and not be distracted as easy by the fine ass chicks walkin around. i dont do it everytime, but ill do it for sure if im going to max out or somethin.

I think focusing more on proper diet and training will give you far superior results than not cutting loose for 3 months.

Testosterone goes up immediately after ejaculation, then drops. But who really cares anyway, you're supplementing much more than whatever slight natural bump in test you may get from abstaining...
 
I have two bottles of Undestor 40mgs testo lying around. whenever i feel i need a small boost i pop a few for a two or three weeks. Doesnt do much for size but it sure as hell makes me horny.

I would like to see that study though, about how abstinence relates to testosterone. Might be a good way to come off of a cycle if it trully makes that much of a difference. :)

yeah i always have better workouts after blastin a big load,pluss i dont have to use chalk on my hands to keep the bar erom slipping.

You guys jack off before you get to the gym, I was wondering why all those naked old men in the locker room were giving me weird looks. Do you know how hard it is to keep it up with some saggy ass old guy prancing his shit around the locker room?;)

The same happens to me!!...when i'm horny i can't focus on my exercises, i get lethargic, i start looking for some ass or tits, etc...if i whack off before, i'm more energic, concentrated, and train a lot better.
 
If I have just had sex or J/Oed I have less energy in the gym.

However once for the hell of it I did all but one set of my workout and then Joed and I was stronger for my last set than I'd ever been.

But that could have been because of the long break.
 
Well from what I am to under stand natural test levels are regulated by the pituitary and the gonadal glandular system. Each individual has his own "genetic bench marks". Meaning you body will down regulate test production if your natural limit is reached or exceeded. So in answer to your question. Yes sperm that is not ejaculated causes the vasa deferentia to halt production of sperm. The testes at that point use all there resources on producing Test. So in turn u wind up with the ability to produce more test on demand to what ever your Genetic limit is. I would think this would work nicely if you where training naturally, as your test levels would rebound to normal much quicker than in a sexually active male.

The more you jack off the better it is for your natural test level.

How in the hell can you manage not to jack off while your on a test cycle. I'm happily married, have good sex with my wife, but when I'm on sust I can cume whole day. :p
