I got NO clue where to put this thread! for that I apologise. can a mod move this please? much appreciated.

aight, I am sixteen years old. I used to be maybe, I dunno, twenty pounds overweight give or take. my weight is now fine. but what isn't fine is my stomach/waist. I've been able to loose weight but it sure don't look like it. I've been trying to trim down but to no avail. anybody have any suggestions for me?

You might try the Diet & Bodybuilding Forum for your post...maybe just repost it again? I can tell you though weight loss/fat loss isn't specific to one area. Men do tend to hold bodyfat around their waist area. Maybe overhauling that nutrition might do it for you? Good luck in the Diet Forum.
 
I would move it for if I could, but quads sister is right, just repost it in the diet board.

I can tell you that it sounds like your diet needs to be worked on. Also get on a good weightlifting program if you're not on one already, check out the training board we have a training methods sticky that has a lot of information, or click on the link in my signature. My last piece of advice is to judge your weight loss progress by how your clothes fit, not the numbers on a weight scale.
