I have no fiber whatsoever in my diet and i still shit twice a day very easy. I am wondering if there is some hidden carbs that i am ingesting. right now i have no trace carbs whatsoever. before this diet i was shitting like 4-5 times a day, usually after every meal. Just curious if this is OK or if i am getting carbs somewhere. Diet is Isopure shakes, chicken, egg whites, , flax oil, tuna and lots of H20. thanks.
