no fat body

Hi
I have one question . I don't wanna be bodybuilders with musculary body, I want to be girl with firmly body without fat, {look for ex.as Jeniffer Aniston or Britney spears in good shape but no as Monica Brant} have nice flat stomach. I workout long time and my body is OK is firmly I workout 5x at week and cardio doing 4x at week, so my question is must I eat a lot of proein, now my protein intake is between 100-120g daily {5'5" 115 lb}. what have I doing if I want have nice body without fat..more cardio, more carbs or protein? how many calories daily??
tell me what have I doing if I want look as Britney or J. Anis?? Is it weight training for this shape so important?
 
1) They have completely different bodies.

2) Don't forget how much magazines, TV, video, and movies can airbrush or alter a body.

3) Hair and makeup and clothes designed for YOU can do A LOT.

4) Change your genetics? That is the only way to get their body.

5) My advice? Learn to perfect OUR body within YOUR specific genetic makeup. Don't look to celebrites to achieve THEIR body. Let them inspire you, but not drive you. Be happy with what you have and make the most of it.
