I was in a car accident a few months back and out of the gym for over 2 months. I gained 25 extra pounds and lost all my strength. But the worst part is I've got no energy in the gym, probably because of the added weight. My workouts suffer greatly because of this. Can you recommend some sups to get my energy up? I just got back from Mexico so I've got gear but don't want to start until I can get some quality workouts in. Which is so hard with this lack of energy.
