My meals at work are 28g of zero carb whey with 2 or 3 tbs flax (28g - 32g fat) 1tsp psyllium husks (4g fiber) 1/2 tsp ester-C and 1/4 cup low carb nuts in a baggie (pecans, walnuts, pine nuts; unsalted uncooked) ~14g fat/ ~4g carb, half in fiber. Total intake is 28g p/42g f/ ~8g c (if you count fiber as carbs; I don't) I mix the whey, flax, fiber, vitC + cold water in a Thermos cup so it will stay cold most the day.
5 wks of 6/1 CKD I've lost 10lbs of fat and 2lbs of lean (rather, perhaps 2 lbs of lean water saturation). Cut 26.5% to 24% bf. I dream about ordering pizza every night!
