No bloodwork

Ok so i went in for a check up at my doctors everything looked great. And was even wondering why i felt i needed to see him again. It had only been 3 months since my last visit. I am only 19 so im not sure how i would ask him to take my blood when he says "everthing's fine". But i would like to get some bloodwork done before i start my cycle. Let's just talk about blood testing.

This is something to be done over your life time to measure your health indicators against a stand range. It should be done once a year even at your age.

It is very reasonable to ask for a blood test that will become your "before". You have Patient Rights that include such a request.

It will be easy to ask for the "after" if there is something in your before that requires a change ... usually a change in diet ... such as out of range cholesterol. After 90-120 days you come back in for your "after". Only you know the real reason.

As for you taking aas at all ... Why? You are still growing and at your peak. There is plenty you can accomplish without drugs. Shouldn't you max out first?
 
At your age, size, weight and physique dont you think your doctor will have a pretty good idea anyway. But instead of going to your doctor go to one of the health clinics you see in the malls
 
Dude props to you,I am jealous of your size for your age for being natural,I wont lie.Dont touch the juice yet you probably dont need it.Why try to fix something that isnt broken bro,you got a very bright path ahead of you as far as bodybuilding goes.I kick myself in the ass so many times for using roids as a crutch and starting way too early on them.I wish I was on my first cycle right now but unfortunately I knew a lot more about juice than I did about training and proper nutrition at one point.Good luck bro and try to hold off as long as you can from juicing,believe me you wonbt be missing much.

No. Not jealous at all. I did my internship with a Div 1 Football team while working on my Master's. Those guys were impressive, and knew how to take advice from people who know what they are talking about.

As for your diet, it looks decent. Could it improve? Yes. But I understand that you would not appreciate good advice.

To answer your question, you can ask your doctor anything that you would like. It is is or her duty to respect your privacy.

Ive prolly dona a couple of cycles anyways???hmmmmm you must know everything. Thanks for saying i look like shit. Im not here to impress anybody. Ive only been training for 3 years. So thanks for the opinion. Maybe one day i can be as big and awesome as you steelmass. :)
 
After taking a look at the pics in your profile, you have much more natural training ahead of you. You are no where near your genetic limit and as these bros have said you could easily gain 20-30lbs just by hard training and eating right in the next 2 years. As for your diet, at your age I think your being too strict on the things that you eat (if thats even your actual diet and not one you found on the internet and reposted it)....and from looking at your pics theres no need to eat that clean....just fucking eat everything, you have a lot more size to gain. You have good metabolism and dont have to worry about eatin that clean at your age

I wish i could eat eveything i want and achieve my goals. I agree i have tons of growth naturaly. But my goal is to be 240 8 % bf within one year from today. Thats not possible without aas, and a proper diet. Im all about having gaols keeps me motivated. Your goals could also be different than mine. So you are able to eat anything. I dont train the way i do, to go home and eat krispie cream donuts and pizza. I wont even grill my food kills to much of the nutrients. All about steaming. Thanks for the advice :)

Thats not what I mean, im not saying to eat fuggin doughnuts, im giving you advice on how to gain the weight you seek the natural way. You need to be at a certain weight and bodyfat % in one year, why are you in such a hurry? Can you imagine how your first cycle will go when your 24 or 25 yrs old once you have accumulated 20 or 30 more lbs of muscle.
