i heard that while your on, you can take vitamin b12 to help reduce the bloat/ water retension by a lot. I guess this came from an experienced bodybuilder. If i remember correctly to also reduce bloat, try not to eat things high in sodium?

not sure, all I know is that someone said this to me, and he heard it from a bodybuilder. he said b12, but maybe it could be b6, why does b6 help with this?
If you ingest to much sodium even when your off cycle it will make you retain water, so when on it is a good idea to avoid foods high in sodium. Not sure abotu the b -12 comment.
