It's just an MRP, a lot of the guys here like it. Tastes great, not too expensive. Gains come with training, and lots of food, and maybe some AS can't hurt either.

It is great for gaining size. Buy the ten lbs bucket because 4 scoops is one serving. It mixes well and tastes pretty good. Take it first when you wake up. Try not to use it at night do to high calories and carbs...just my thought though

great weight gainer, $35 bucks at DPS Nutrition for a 10 pound container. Tastes awesome.
