do you guys think I should still workout even though Im being trreated by my doc for some swelling and stiffness in my left knee? i mean , i cant even bend that sucker allthe way for my heel to touch my ass, and im limping kinda, but its not causing me much actual pain. i can totally do the stairs at the gym, but is that making whatever is wrong with it, worse?
