I saw this stuff being advertised as being able to help maintain pumps throughout the day. it's kinda pricey at $41 us dollars for 60 servings. My questions are

#1. Is this stuff worth it?

#2. Is there any cheaper way to maybe do a homebrew in a similar fashion to making your own homebrew cell-tech?

you can buy arginine AKG from Beyond a century.

its possible the added KIC in pinnacles formula may help....but whos to say for usre... heard you have to use about 4 grams of KIC and then the 3 g of arg to get a good result
