Nipples

Ok I am running test E 500mg a week and my nipple have become a little puffy and sensitive. I am running aifm at 2 pumps in the morning 2 in the evening and rotating locations. Any suggestions or is having them be a little sensitive ok?

if you nipples have become puffy while using AIFM (or any aromatase inhibitor) the most likely cause is prolactin (since you are not using an progestins).

However you can try using a small amount of AIFM directly on the site (be sure to exfoliate really good as that skin is somewhat thick). This seems to work, though why exactly is not clear.

there are a lot of dopaminergics- selegiline, bromocriptine, l-dopa, cabergoline, tyramine- that you can use as well.

4 pumps is generally more than enough for the dosages you are using.

I understand prolactin is secreted by the pituatary gland and is what causes lactation but does it cause gyno? I guess what I am asking is the AIFM going to prevent gyno or is it also necessary to get something to stop prolactin? As long as I dont get gyno Ill be happy.

prolactin does stimulate the gland, it also interacts with the PgR. Using AIFM (and any aromatase inhibitor will help to reduce PgR expression). Local admin of AIFM seems to do this more (anecdotal).

there are a number of things you can take for prolactin. reccomend selegiline because it has a number of other effects and health benefits. You can also use tyramine (available at AF), bromocriptine, cabergoline and l-dopa.

you guys should come up with something to fight prolactin then and sell it with AIFM as a package deal. I am going to get some selegiline thanks.
