Ok, heres my problem, I can keep a clean diet all week long and am doing sooooo well but whenever i come home like after clubbin or something i allllllways go crazy with the food...protein shakes just dont call my name at 3 am..
anyone have any heathly suggestions of what i could do to help this???
 
Yes!

How bout a planned cheat day!? I highly recommend having one “free” day a week to eat as you please (within reason!). This has obvious psychological benefits, but it also has nutritional benefits too - a few hundred calorie deviation every several days keeps your body from getting accustomed to your current nutrition program, resulting in a more responsive environment to diet and exercise.
 
A cheat day sound like a plan

I think what you should do, because you diet all week is give yourself maybe a saturday give yourslef a cheat day, hell you diet every day so i think if you cheat all week you;ll still maintain your physique ;)
 
Batgirl is right. It's to hard for most people to go all week without cheating. Don't believe those who tell you if you cheat you will never get lean. I cheat once a week and my bodyfat is at 8%. With a little cardio, reaching 5% is no problem. Remember to workout if posible, the more muscles you have, the more calories you will burn.
